Marketing Manager - Consumer Goods

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Lead business marketing from scratch for China market.

<Job Responsibilities>
- As the PIC of how to sell products effectively in China market and other countries.
- Create and oversee company website and presentation with help of local web marketing agency.
- Communicate and work together with marketing agency for China market research.
- Search effective and efficient way to sell our products.
- Establish aal product's branding.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Having business travel to China for market research and meeting with potential buyers and partners.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experiences in web marketing / beauty and health industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
- Experience in digital marketing / beauty and health industry / China related business.
- Knowledge of birds nest, China culture, social network.
- Branding experience. Interest in trend, beauty, health, SNS. Knowledfe of Chinese culture is an advantage
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Business Level English & Mandarin skills for both oral & written
- Willing to travel
