- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the company's presence
- Identify and prioritize target, establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to secure new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing any concerns
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the target segment
- Monitor sales performance metrics, tracking progress against targets and adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
・Bachelor degree any discipline
・Minimum 3 years of working experience in Furniture Industry or Building management
