- Provide expert aftersales support for genset spare parts and related services.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of spare parts orders, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule and execute maintenance and repair services for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Promptly address and resolve any aftersales issues or complaints from clients.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all aftersales activities, including service reports, customer interactions, and parts inventory.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on aftersales performance and customer feedback to management.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in aftersales processes and services.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
・Minimum of 1 year of experience in an aftersales role in the genset or related industry.
・Proven track record in managing spare parts and service support for B2B clients.
・Strong understanding of genset products, components, and their maintenance requirements.
・Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for genset systems.
