Material Planner Senior Staff - Trading Company

a. Collect forecast consumption data from sales team

b. Input, check, analyze “planning & controlling” data which consist of forecast consumption, inventory, and order quantity (and balance order)

c. Propose order quantity with logic and proper stock ratio based on updated “planning & controlling” data

d. Follow up order and shipment from supplier

e. Check and coordinate with admin team for import quota and lisence issue

f. Coordinate with supplier and sales team for new item, claim material (if any), order and forecast discrepancy etc.

g. Coordinate with coil center for local order (cutting and delivery instruction) material process issue





a. Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably majoring Business Administration from reputable university 

b. Strong in calculation/ Math

c. Able to work quickly and correctly in high pressure

d. Experience in PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

e. Having good communication skill and fluent in English

f. Knowledge in steel business is advantage







a. Experience as Material Planning in steel materials for automotive business field is advantaged

b. Japanese will be advantage
