仕事詳細
- Manage Annual and Monthly Sales Target forecast and achievement.
- Monitor Retail sales progress and ensure wholesales performance.
- Responsible for the activities of marketing department.
- Ensure quality and activities of dealers across Indonesia.
- Review the design layout of dealers.
- Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Reporting directly to general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs,sales programs and strategy.

- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Fluent English for both oral and written
- Have experiences in managing dealers
- He / she must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office
- Have minimum 4 year experiences as Sales Director in automotive industry (2 wheels / 4 wheels)
