<Job Responsibilities>
- Management of on-site logistics specialists
- Responsible for overseeing the intermediate stages of automotive logistics to ensure the transportation process is smooth.
- Communicate and coordinate with customs, automobile yards and related third parties to ensure smoothness in all aspects.
- Follow up the process of customs declaration and clearance of automobiles to ensure timely processing of documents and formalities.
- Solve problems in the logistics process to ensure on-time and compliant transportation.
- Responsible for tracking and recording of logistics data, and reporting logistics progress on a regular basis.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. College Diploma Graduate
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 year experience in logistics supply chain with min.1 year of leadership experience, experienced in handling customs, warhouse control and logistic yard related process
・Hold a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to perform necessary field work.
・Careful and patient, able to record and process logistics information accurately, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate and cooperate with multiple parties
