Production Assembly Leader - Injection Molding Manufacture

<Resposibilities>

• Responsible to achieve production targets.

• Responsible for JIG and Machine maintenance on assembly line

• Responsible for manpower settings on assembly line

• Responsible for manpower and skill up training.

• Conducting improvement / kaizen on the assembly process.

• Conducting 5S activities on the assembly process.



<Requirements>

• Male, 25 - 35 years old

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years working experience in electronics manufacture especially production Assembly.

• Understand line balancing in the assembly process.

• Able to set up manpower for line assembly process

• Understand JIG maintenance process on assembly process.

• Be able to read drawings and perform the established procedures.

• Able to handle Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.

• Able to work with shift system.

• Preferably residing in Cikarang and surrounding areas.
