Scope and Responsibilities
1) Financial Reporting
a) Closing Review analysis
b) Budgeting Process and Report
2) Customer Credit Management & Accounts Receivable
a) Customer credit review
b) Monitoring AR collection & Credit release
c) Processing of AR Receipts
d) AR reporting - AR Aging Analysis report, DSO Toolkits report
3) Cash Book Maintenance
a) Bank Payment for AP, Staff claims and IC netting
b) Weekly & Monthly Bank Reconciliation
4) Tax Payment and Reporting
a. Payment of Withholding taxes and VAT on time
b. Ensure proper reporting of Withholding taxes( Accurate and on time)
5) VAT Tax check, calculation and reporting
c. Daily posting/upload of Sales VAT (output) to Tax Office
d. To compare / reconcile VAT output with Sales and GL
e. To compare / reconcile VAT Import with Purchases (AP) and GL
f. To prepare monthly VAT Report and check to GL and to be done on timely basis
6) Ad Hoc
a. Tax Audit Queries
b. External Audit Queries
c. Internal Queries
<Requirements>
・Be able to speak English above communication level to nearly native.
・Have been working same job above 5 years.
・Working experiences in Customer credit Management and AR
・Good working knowledge on the overall Accounting systems and proficient in MS Office applications
・Good Team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
・Self-Motivated with minimum supervision and high degree of initiative
・Good Communication skills

Immediate Challenges/ Focus
1. Implementation of Credit control mechanism in ACCPAC
2. Documentation of AR process and review for efficiency improvement areas.
