仕事詳細
• Handle New Construction, Renovation and Maintenance Market
• Establish and Develop New Clientele and Market with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor and Management Agent
• To penetrate market in Indonesia and establish good relationship with Developers and Architect firm
• Maintain existing client and to generate new potential client due to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objective
• To specify Project using Company product and ensuring final implementation
• Engage Product Presentation, Seminars & Events and assist unconditionally in the execution of Marketing Plans
• Provide Forecast & Report of Marketing activity weekly / yearly as well as updating Project List
• Communicate with related department for necessary follow up for related Project due to ensure delivery, service and quality to meet client schedules and satisfactory
• Other duties as assigned
•Marketing or Sales for building materials / construction / architects with a minimum of 3 years experience.
•Business level English
•Minimum Diploma Degree in related field (building, chemistry, real estate or Business) or any recognized University degree
•Have own transportation (car preferably)
